Bushboard appoints two new product and design managers

Emma-Louise Braham (L) and Victoria Hunashi (R).

Bushboard has appointed Victoria Hunashi as category manager for worktops and Emma-Louise Braham as design manager UK as it develops its product and design teams.

Hunashi joins the business with more than 13 years’ experience in product and category management, including product development, range management and category strategy.

In her new role, she will work with customers to turn market insights, consumer needs and emerging trends into new product offerings. She will oversee the worktop category across the full product lifecycle, from range development through to product launch.

Hunashi said: “My aim is to develop a more holistic product approach, looking beyond individual components to the wider kitchen environment. This will enable us to create added value through integrated design thinking and category expertise for our strategic partners.

“I’m looking forward to helping drive the worktop category forward. By combining design expertise, innovation and commercial insight, we can deliver meaningful value for our customers and support sustainable category growth.”

Braham, who was previously Bushboard’s product lead, has moved into the newly created design manager UK role. She will work across the company’s product categories, including worktops and wall panels.

Her responsibilities include establishing a design direction for the UK business, aligning teams and supporting future product development.

Braham said: “My goal is to position design as a key strategic driver within the UK business. This includes developing a more streamlined and future-focused design vision for the UK market, elevating our reputation for innovation in finish, materiality and detail, and creating a scalable design framework to support future product development.

“Ultimately, I want to help build a culture where design excellence underpins everything we deliver.

“What excites me most is the opportunity to influence not just individual products, but the overall design direction of the business. This role allows me to think more holistically about customer experience, innovation and brand identity, shaping how our designs look and perform across multiple product categories.”
