Ashley Munden: ‘We’re looking ahead to a bright and busy future’

Having seen encouraging results last year, the InSinkErator MD says his company is looking to expand its business throughout 2026 and beyond

How’s business compared with last year?

“In 2025 we closed the year with a sales performance above that of 2024, which was encouraging in a challenging market. Moving forward we will continue to invest in category growth, expanding our business in 2026 and beyond.

“The team has worked hard and we’re looking ahead to a bright and busy future.”

What are the main challenges facing your sector and how are you tackling them?

“With new recycling legislation coming into effect, attention is naturally shifting more toward how customers manage their food waste. This creates an ideal opportunity for kitchen retailers and designers to present a practical and complementary solution through InSinkErator.

“As the market leader, we recognise our responsibility to lead the category forward at this pivotal moment in food waste management. What some view as a challenge, we see as an exciting opportunity for the business, and one that supports growth and increased sales for our partners.”
