Showroom of the Month: Flo Luxury Bathrooms, Blackpool

Owner Chloe Kerlew has put 10 years of bathroom industry experience into creating Flo Luxury Bathrooms, a new showroom built around service and giving customers the wow factor.

Flo Luxury Bathrooms opened its doors in mid-January 2026, celebrating its six-month milestone with a showroom launch on 10 July.

Located on a busy retail street on the Fylde Coast, the 24-bay showroom caters for customers across the budget spectrum, from those looking for value through to clients who travel specifically to visit the showroom with no fixed budget.

And it certainly makes an impression from the outset. Five-metre vaulted ceilings, detailed LED lighting and comfortable sofas create a relaxed reception area, with Kerlew also keen to point out that the showroom serves “the best coffee in town”.

Among the 24 displays, two of Kerlew’s favourites demonstrate the breadth of the showroom’s design approach. One display bay has an ultra-modern, high-end feel, featuring premium bespoke furniture from Spain alongside made-to-measure mirrored K2 Gold glass, which complements the bay’s gold fittings.

Meanwhile, another bay takes a warmer approach, combining copper fittings with walnut furniture and a complementary beige tile to create what Kerlew describes as a “warm spa feel”. LED lighting in the ceiling adds another layer to the scheme.

Having spent a decade in the industry, Kerlew says she has been selective about the brands and suppliers the showroom works with. Rather than “brand collect”, the focus is on offering quality products alongside a high level of service, regardless of the customer’s budget.

“We don’t just reach for a ‘’cheap’’ catalogue when someone says they haven’t got a lot to spend,” she says. “Regardless of the budget we want to offer the client more and ensure every purchase is dealt with the same amount of care and detail.”

That emphasis on service is central to Kerlew’s plans for Flo. She says customers regularly arrive having experienced poor service elsewhere, something she wants the showroom to challenge.

The aim is to establish a new standard centred on the customer, from the initial consultation and design process through to finding suitable fitters, completion and aftercare. “We’ve dealt with some gorgeous jobs and developments already, and we’re looking forward to more,” says Kerlew.

“Our goal is to enhance our reputation even more than we have already and become the best and the busiest bathroom showroom on the Fylde coast.”
