Kutchenhaus opens new store in Milton Keynes

Co-directors of Kutchenhaus Milton Keynes with deputy mayor and mayoress at opening ceremony

The deputy mayor and mayoress of Milton Keynes attended the ceremony to open the latest Kutchenhaus store in style.

The German kitchen retail franchise’s new store is located on Aylesbury Street in Fenny Stratford. It has 2,000sq ft of space over two floors and features 13 kitchen ranges, along with leading appliance, worksurface and storage options.

The new Milton Keynes franchise is owned and run by joint directors Jazeer Yaseen and designer Farhana Begum. The pair got together because of their passion and enthusiasm for design and welcomed deputy mayor and mayoress of Milton Keynes, Mick and Mandy Legg, to cut the ribbon for their opening ceremony.

Deputy mayor Mick Legg said: “It is great to see new businesses open in the local area, as businesses such as this help to keep the local high streets thriving. It’s always heartening to see young entrepreneurs who are passionate about what they do, make their vision a reality, and we wish them the very best for the future.”

The deputy mayoress added: “It’s fantastic to have a well-respected kitchen retailer like Kutchenhaus join the wide range of businesses in Fenny Stratford.”

Commenting on the opening, Kutchenhaus Milton Keynes co-director Yasseen said: “I’m delighted to launch this showroom and to have our first conversations with customers. Being a part of Kutchenhaus allows us to bring German-quality kitchens to the area and the variety we have on offer enables people to really explore their interior taste.

“For me, my favourite part of the job is taking the customer on the journey, developing and delivering a dream kitchen for them and making it a room they’re proud of.”

Adding her comments, co-director Begum said: “A new kitchen is an exciting change to the home and can be part of a property for 15 years or more in some cases, so our team wants to add a personal touch to the journey and get to know our clients. We plan on expanding further once we’re established with Milton Keynes and aim to open another showroom in the nearby area in the near future.”

At Kutchenhaus, head of marketing Paul Lee added his congratulations: “It’s fantastic to see Jaz and the team launch this new showroom and for the Kutchenhaus brand to expand into Milton Keynes.

“We know the passion of our franchise partners can truly be the difference maker when it comes to customers looking to revamp their kitchen and having a space of this quality will allow visitors to envisage and then create their ideal design.”

The Kutchenhaus franchise operation is owned by German kitchen manufacturer Nobilia and was established in the UK in 2004. It also has showrooms in Australia and the USA.
