Bathroom company Duravit has announced the creation of a new senior vice president of strategy innovation & product portfolio management role on its executive leadership team, and has appointed Dr. Bernt Ketterer to fill the role.
Stepping into the role today, Dr. Ketterer will be responsible for strategy and transformation initiatives across Duravit Group, aimed at further strengthening the the company’s growth and efficiency, as well as the further development of strategy, organisation, and key future topics such as digitalisation and AI.
Duravit says he will also be responsible for the strategic direction of product and innovation, with the goal of increasing the company’s focus on complete bathroom solutions.
Dr. Ketterer most recently worked as head of corporate strategy at technology company KOSTAL Group, where he helped play a key role in driving its strategic transformation.
